The Austin-based restaurant offers customizable Asian cuisine. Guests can build their own bowl by choosing a protein, a vegetable mix, a sauce and a base of either rice or noodles. Protein options include chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu, according to the restaurant’s menu. Other options include salads, soups, crispy tempura chicken, and appetizers such as egg rolls and potstickers.
